    上海江南船舶管业有限公司 是江南造船 (集团)有限责任公司和江南重工股份有限公司投资组建的，以船用管子专业制造加工、热镀锌、化学清洗等金属表面处理一体化的综合大型企业。公司坐落在国家级工业园区——上海南汇区老港化工工业园区内。
    公司注册资金8000万元，占地面积达13万平方米。企业目前拥有员工300余人，管理人员20人，各类专业技术人员50余人，其中具有高级职称6人 ， 中级职称6人， 初级职称20人， 高级技师2人， 技师5人， 专职质检人员10人；技术员工200余人。
    公司工艺技术完善、产品规格齐全，可按GB、CB、SHJ、HG、JIS、HNSI/ASME、DIN、BS等标准生产，可也按用户的图纸生产；应用计算机网络体系进行现代化的生产管理；拥有严格的产品检测手段（X射线探伤、化学分析、物理性能检测等），通过了ISO9001：2000质量体系认证；同时评为上海市电镀达标企业。
    管子制造工场拥有数台德国进口数控弯管机、数控直管法兰自动焊接机、数控火焰定长切割机及相贯线切割机、数条中小管径数控全自动下料、组对、焊接生产线，年制造管子能力50万根以上。
    热镀锌、电镀锌、化学清洗等金属表面处理工厂拥有进口全自动450吨的大型热镀锌炉，现有热镀锌、钢管、铜管、铜镍铁管、不锈钢管及构件酸洗钝化、磷化等表面处理生产线，年加工能力35000吨以上。
    公司承揽了江南长兴造船基地全部船舶管子的制造业务，同时为多种高新技术船舶提供管子配套制造；还承接过东方明珠电视塔、上海市府大厦、上海大剧院、浦东国际机场、上海八万人体育场、东海大桥等重大工程项目的大型钢结构制造及表面处理业务；为船舶、国防、建筑、市政、电力、通信等行业创立了非凡的业绩, 取得了良好的社会信誉。

    Hot galvanized, electro-galvanized, chemical cleaning and other metal surface treatment plant has imported 450 tons of fully automated large-scale hot-dip galvanizing furnace, there are many product lines such as hot galvanized, steel pipe, copper pipe, ferro–nickel alloy pipe, stainless steel pipe and surface treatment of component pickling, passivation and phosphatization with the processing capacity of 35,000 tons above annually.
